Meeting with you is an important step in your wedding photography experience. In addition to my creative portraits and journalistic photography, there may be another style or specific shot you desire. We want to be sure we capture every moment of your special day exactly how you want it to be captured.
Meetings are free and generally last no longer than half-an-hour. Even if you do not decide to hire us as your photographer, we are willing to schedule a complimentary meeting to discuss your wedding and ideas.
Personalized OptionsWe will provide you with stylized and unique editing for each image. This allows you artistic options that other photographers won't usually provide you with. With our services, basic editing (removal of acne, blemishes, shine, red-eye, etc.) is provided free of charge. Each image will be hand-edited by myself and color corrected / adjusted to look its best!

Down Payments & Contract Info
Down payments of $400 must be paid no more than one month before the wedding. The rest of your remaining balance must be paid in full to receive any prints or CD of work. Just in case you were wondering about seeing the pictures before you pay, yes, you will be able to see your images on your personal gallery before the last payment installment is due if you wish.
With engagement photos we require full payment before shoot. If you are ordering both engagement and wedding photography your down payment will cover this.
A written contract must be signed before you receive any prints or digital files. We will have this contract with us at the first meeting or you may view it here and take a look.
• If you would like a DVD slideshow of a select amount of images we can make that happen. It will be an additional $15 for a DVD.
The Fine Print
• The initial one hour meeting is free as long as travel is less than 60 miles each way, meaning we are willing to drive about an hour to meet you and another hour to drive back. After 60 miles we charge $0.25 a mile. The meetings themselves typically last about a half-an-hour.
• Our wedding coverage is 8 hours, which starts from the moment we arrive to your location to the moment we leave your location. Each additional hour after 8 hours is $50/hour. Travel time is not added to this time. Just as with our meeting policy, we will travel up to 60 miles each way without additional charge ($0.25 a mile after that).
• With our photography a second shooter is included to get additional coverage of your wedding. We feel this is important because you need as many angles and coverage as possible for your wedding day! *If you have a smaller venue and do not wish to have a second photographer please contact us so we can re-adjust costs.
• The edited images you receive will come with the original color photos which are adjusted for exposure and other basic editing. On top of this we also include our stylized editing, which can vary from a dramatic black and white image to a split-toned effect. See examples on this site for examples of our stylized editing. Each stylized image is left to our discretion (however, you may make simple requests of further editing after you receive your images if you are not impressed in every way).
• With engagement photos we use only one shooter and will travel up to 60 miles to do the shoot. We recommend you have a general idea of what you would like to see in these shots before we begin shooting. The coverage for this event (not including the travel time) is two hours with each additional hour costing $25.
• For engagement photos we mentioned five versions of editing. These are color, bw, sepia, stylized 1, and stylized 2.
• If you would like all five versions of editing (color, bw, sepia, stylized 1, and stylized 2) for your wedding photography We charge $1 for each image to include all of these versions. The reason this is not included with weddings like it is with engagements is because weddings have a much higher image count and you may not want all versions included.
